It's officially May and the Spring season is in full swing! With Spring comes new life and this week is no exception to that rule. We've got plenty to show you this week. Announcements
French on the Horizon
Many of you may already be familiar with Tom French, the lead director of the Forge team for Halo 5. What you may not know is that on April 29th, 343 announced that Tom would be stepping up as the lead multiplayer director for Halo 6. This has the community swooning seeing as how French is already a smash hit with the community. We would like to congratulate Mr. French and express our eagerness to see what he has in store for us in the future!
Near the Finish Line
The third round of the ForgeHub Extermination contest was completed on April 29th by the entirety of the judging panel. All seven judges dedicated over four straight hours of play in order to go through the 19 maps in round 3. On Tuesday May 2nd, Unyshek from 343 will join the judges to pass verdict on the top ten finalists.
Blooming with Talent
The April Community Favorites votes are submitted and finalized with the results being posted this Wednesday, May 3rd. We had a lot of fantastic submissions all around and we are all excited to see what next month has in store!
