Mini-announcement: the map database has been updated so that new submissions require a file download link. Things have changed a bit since Reach, so here's a quick overview of at least one way to obtain that link.
1. Go to Halo Waypoint and log in.
2. Mouse over the Community tab and then click on File Browser.
3. Click on View Your File Share.
4. Click on Map Variants, then the name of the map you want the link for.
5. Click the small E-mail icon.
6. Copy the URL from the e-mail that comes up - that's the download link. You can paste that into your thread here in the download link field, or into the address bar of your browser to go straight to the file and verify the link is legit.
