[l-col]Shad0w Viper has recently jumped into a different section in the land of colour, once being yellow, then green, now he's got himself a nice new red rank! He's so confident here on ForgeHub put a front page article out the first day of his return. If that article crouched walked it's way off your radar, be sure to check it out, it's time sensitive.[/l-col]
[r-col]Also making a triumphant return, the man whose name is more commonly misspelled than any other member here on Forge Hub, Chrstphrbrnnn! He held this rank for quite some time in the past and we're definitely excited to see his return! Be on the lookout for in-bound articles he'll be shooting your way.[/r-col]
What is there to say about Stevo? Other than the fact that he is apparently incapable of staying off our front page even when he isn't staff, he's found himself a new home in a pasture of green! I have a feeling this colour transition is just some scheme in attempt to impress Rosie Jones, though.
If you haven't already, be sure to congratulate/welcome back these three to their new positions! (Throwing rocks at Stevo is an acceptable welcoming.)
Forge Hub's Hub of the Dead II Competition
With Halloween just around the corner, we here at Forge Hub thought this would be an opportune time for the sequel to our Hub of the Dead contest! If you missed the initial announcement, now would be the perfect time for you to go check out the details if you wish to participate! Hurry, maps are due by October 29th!!

Please keep in mind, especially if you're new to our corner of the internet, while you may be excited to post your brand-spankin'-new map to our forums in hopes of getting feedback, we do have standards.
Map Posting Rules
Forge Hub has a set of rules that you must follow when posting a map. We want to minimise spam, useless threads, and missing information that cause our users and the moderators unnecessary hassle. Keep the forum clean!
Here are a few things that you need to make certain you do every time you post a new map:
Threads must include at least one picture OR video that clearly demonstrates the map. If you would like to know how to do that, this guide should help.
All pictures must be embedded in the page using
Failure to post your map correctly will result in a topic lock after 24 hours in the absence of a fix.
While this may sound like a lot, especially if you're new to forum use, we're not completely evil. We've got plenty of helpful members, both staff and non-staff, that are more then willing to hold your hand a long the way. We've also got guides should you have a higher level of dignity that requires you have no known assistance.

Also worth mentioning, should you stumble across a map that isn't up to our standards, please REPORT the post using our nifty little report button seen here on the left. Back-seat moderating isn't allowed, please allow the staff to do their work.
Earn Your Colour!
Earning yourself a rank of blue here on Forge Hub isn't the most difficult thing in the world, and will often come naturally to active members of our community. Each of the branches within the TRC Guild have their own specifications on how to achieve your brand new prestige rank. Details for each branch below.

[l-col]The Review Hub portion of the TRC Guild is a place in which members of our community either reach out to get their finished map reviewed, or are the ones reviewing it. If you would like to see how your map fares through the intense scrutiny of the Review Hub, please redirect your browser to this thread here. They're always looking for help, if you enjoy playing Reach and giving members extensive feedback, I would suggest you go and apply for a position within the Hub. More information regarding that and how to obtain your blue located here.

TGIF: Party Like It's 1999!
If giving people feedback isn't really your calling, try hosting a bi-weekly TGIF lobby. These lobbies are where members from the far corners of our community come together with one goal in mind: super-awesome-Halo-nights. regarding this law:
It would be considered illegal to be seen in a public place sporting anything but a dashing top hat. Therefore all other clothes are banned in public places.
Some how we became sidetracked on women-parts, but there were a few responses that did not include R-rated material, one of which I believe we can all agree trumped them all:
Anyways, I'd make people chew on opinion flavored gum. Whenever a person touches this piece of gum, their opinions on every subject are transmuted into flavor form. This piece of gum would be touched by 100 random politicians before being used for this punishment.
This time around though, I'm going to be mixing things up, shake-and-bake style. Instead of a question, we're having a mini-caption-contest. What is the reward you ask? I hope THIS is a big enough incentive... ;)
