After much deliberation and discussion the results for the Conquest Forgeoff are now in. We're happy to present the winner. But first let us sit back and chat on how this all went down. 35 maps total... and we tested all of them ('cept of course the ones that got disqualified). The way each game went down was Team Corruption (staff) faced off against Si, Pancakes (Testers Guild). Supporting the staff team were: Shad0w Viper, Creep1ng De4th, SargeantSarcasm, chrstphrbrnnn, and myself. As for Si, Pancakes, they had Transactionzero, DeathToll77, Whats A Scope, Kidbomber, and chrstphrbrnnn. We had to reconfigure teams only twice, so that's why chrstphrbrnnn got to be on both teams. But regardless, we got each map done and we were rather pleased with the winning map. So, here it is!
Of The Essence

Out of all of the maps, Of the Essence played the best and looked fantastic. GunnerGrunt used his masterful forging skills to build one of a kind conquest map. By using the stairs invisible bumps, he created a look through only free air space. Not only that but the general layout has elevations that give the map some spunk. Don't fear these elevations though. Just because a team may have the higher ground the team attacking them, if using good tactics can push ahead and with a little luck, and a little skill, take over. Essentially this is a great addition to the many conquest maps out there. There should be no reason not to have this beaut' on your harddrive.

Congratulations to GunnerGrunt. For winning the Conquest Forge Off, he's now one step closer to the prestigeous rank of Premium along with the user title of "Conquest Master"
