In our 9th bi-weekly FNF, the staff accepted a challenge from the Rocket Race Aficionados. RRA is a community dedicated to keeping Rocket Race alive in these post-playlist times, hosting leagues, contests, customs scheduling, discussion and more. So, to get into the spirit of things, we agreed on 5 games of this classic Halo adaption. Rocket Race. No big deal, right? Well little did we know we were in for a serious pounding...

Match 1: Rocket Race on Sandtrap Speed
Tone: Its over already? aHoboWithaGun and AmushroomCloud get off to a fast start and never look back. The picture says it all, everyone was chasing them all match.
Match 2: Rocket Race on Valhalla Speed
Tone: Same story, different map. This match was a bit closer than the previous match, but the results were much the same. Big improvements from the other 3 teams, but man those guys are fast!
Match 3: Rocket Race on Standoff Speed
Tone: Its about time! The Mongoose Master finally rises to the occasion. The quickest match of the night at just under 2 minutes, LIGHTS and Creep get back to their winning ways while Matty and Bl00d finally dig themselves out of last place.
Match 4: Rocket Race on Rat's Nest Speed
Tone: Here we go again. Despite being knocked off the map in the opening seconds, Hobo and Mush still pull off a very impressive win. Matty and Bl00d back to last place
Match 5: Rocket Race on Av Speed v2
Tone: Vicious match. After suffering from his not-so-prolific partnership with Shock, Vice and LIGHTS team up for the finale. They win big with style, adding an epic boost for the final destination just for show.
