Description: Hello everyone, well here it is my dedication map on today's launch and the anniversary of one of the best shooters ever created in video game history: Halo Combat Evolved and also the anniversary of the original Xbox too. I normally don't do dedication maps when I forge a piece of a racetrack of some kind but I felt to me it was important because I grew up playing this game when I was middle school back in 2001. The reason why is because this is the game that persuaded me to get an Xbox because of one my friend's had one and when I get over to his house and was wondering about this game, it like blew my mind because I was young and getting to know the gaming world and this is the game that made me to get one.

Now for the racetrack I decided to do it on one of my favorite levels and probably everyone's favorite level in the campaign is "The Silent Cartographer" and I took sections of the level that may look familiar to everyone to notice and play on that particular level. I figured since the level in campaign is mainly on a beach but what other better way to build something like this is on the beaches of Forgeworld? Also please note that I wasn't going for perfection of "The Silent Cartographer" but tried to get close as possible in building the sections of the level of "The Silent Cartographer". So please guys I am up for some honest and constructive criticism and feedback on my map because I put everything forward into this map and is one one of my favorite games that I grew up as kid so thanks guys and later.

P.S. I don't have a video yet because it's being in the process of being edited but when it's done, I'll post it as a different thread and sorry for the inconvenience in having one. But I promise you guys will like it once it's completed and finished =)
