"Tell them to make it count."

Jorge was a native to Reach. After spending 6 years of his early childhood in Palhaza he was abducted from his family and conscripted into the SPARTAN II program by the UNSC. With Dr Halsey's supervision, Jorge went through series of dangerous augmentations after which he grew to stand 7 feet 4 inches and essentially be a walking warmachine. Curiously enough despite Jorge's physical Prowess, he showed exceptional compassion towards civilians, this is a feature rarely seen in Spartans.
In his long service of over 30 years with the UNSC Jorge has seen much conflict. First with the Insurrectionists, and eventually the Covenant. However even in this long line of duty the Chief Warrant Officer had not show obvious signs of slowing down. Jorge was one of the only Spartan IIs to take part in Spartan III program. Jorge served in the Noble Team under the callsign of Noble 5. He specialized in heavy weapons and would provide long durated suppressive fire giving the rest of the team a tactical advantage. At the time of the Covenant invasion of Reach, Jorge partook place in many counter Covenant opperations such as the Battle of Viery, and operation UPPPERCUT. After discovering the Covenant Supercarrier he would deliver an unstable slipspace drive inside of the ship along side with Spartan B-312 Noble 6. Realizing the in-mission complication, Jorge chose to stay behind and arm the device manually destroying the Supercarrier, but making the ultimate sacrifice for Reach.
