Description:
Hey everyone, this is my map, New Pago. Some key land marks are the central courtyard and fountain, the office building behind the blue base(racers spawn by here), the light house,the highway, and the Office building by red base. This map was originally designed for race only, but I decided to add compatibility for other game types as well. As of this version(the Alpha release, for the contest and for testing), the map is only compatible with race and slayer, but most of the geometry is set in stone unless playtesting determines otherwise(for slayer, not for race. the race route is fine). This map has a lot of sections that will overlap/backtrack where you have the chance to intersect with a different part of the route, so always keep your eyes peeled for other racers. There are 26 check points on the map, and support for 16 racers. If you race this or play slayer on it with a sizable party(8-16) I'd love to here some feed back and constructive criticisms/tips so I can improve it for the beta and final releases. I will be adding more gametype compatibilities to this map so look out for it in the casual or competitive sections soon.

The Route. This was very crudely painted on to the picture, so sorry for the confusion if you can't keep with the route, its just got a lot of overlap thats hard to place on to just one picture.

What inspired your creation?
City maps like coookkie's boulevard map, or the city rally-x map from forge hub.

How long did it take you to create this track?
Technically its still a work in progress, but its fully race compatible. As of right now, I've probably put about 12 hours into making this map, with about nine hours for map creation and race setup.

What aspect of the track took you the longest to make?
As far as construction goes, the central fountain/courtyard took the longest to make, although I spent more time setting up the racing route to make sure racers went through all parts of the city.
