Symmetrics

Symmetrics is very similar to a map i made on foundry a while back when i first got the game, which whent down well but the Wraiths and Gauss Warthogs where a little overkill. So with the release of Sandbox i decided to make a fairer, more playable, more enjoyable version.

I realise now that the map probably belongs in the competetive maps section, oh well.

So, now to the map. It is exactly the same both sides of the wall (scenery, weapon placements, equipment placements ...) including the bases.

Weapons on map:

2 Shotguns (20 secs respawn)
2 Needlers (30 secs respawn)
2 Plasma Pistols (20 secs respawn)
2 Rocket Launchers (60 secs respawn)
2 Missile Pods (90 secs respawn)
2 Machine Gun Turrets (45 secs respawn)
2 Sniper Rifles (60 secs respawn)
2 Brute Shots (30 secs respawn)

Important information:

The map works best with 4 players but still works well as a 3v3 map.
This map works well with all preset CTF, assault and Team Slayer, however you can use it with your own custom gametypes if you wish. if you do find one that works well please send it to me.
The floor for this map was borrowed from runNOKYARDrun's "Grifball High", i do have permission to use this.
There is a small window behind the Warthog in each base that looks into the other base without being able to shoot or pass anything through it because it is coverd with a shield door.
The wall cannot be jumped over.
The shield doors at the back of the map stop the vehicles falling off the map while not being cover for people.
The map is merged, where needed but it is not a major part of the limited asthetics of the map.
Most of the weapons are inside the bases.
Most of the equipment is outside the bases.
All of the vehicles are inside the bases.
