Description:
Dog-fight v2 is an upgrade of my most popular casual map. I tried to classify it as a competitive sport but everyone has rockets, so that didn't go well. Basically there is a hill in the sky and the only way there is to fly.(No you shouldn't jump out of the banshees to land on a platform.) the objects up in the hill are mainly used for cover when your in banshees or hornets. I've replaced the useless turret with a gauss hog for each team. So the vehicle set is basically; one hornet for each team, three mongeese for each team, one gauss hog for each team (30 second spawn delay), two banshees for each team. It all evens out!and I've learned that the hornet will fail if more than one banshee attacks it.
Everyone is now equipped with a rocket launcher and a plasma pistol, infinite ammo, and decreased speed with increased damage resistance. Also each team has the use of one spartan laser (60 second spawn delay), two bubble shields, and one power drainer. All the action felt even and fun with every play through. You can't go into the hill and not have people firing at you. Even with a full party everyone playing could do something. This gametype is a clear improvement on the original an twice as fun. 10-16 people. and I would also like to add that the objects in the sky are only for cover when in the vehicles none should go up there without those.
